Orielle Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1st January 2026

At Orielle, we want you to love every piece. If you're not completely satisfied, we've made returns and exchanges simple and transparent.

1. No-Questions-Asked Returns

You may return any unused and unworn jewellery within 7 days of the date of delivery, no questions asked. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original saleable condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and the mailer box must be intact and returned along with the item.

Non-eligible items: The following are expressly excluded from this return policy and shall not be accepted for return under any circumstances:

  • Custom-made or personalised jewellery

  • Items purchased at a discounted or clearance price, as indicated on the product page at the time of purchase

  • Gift vouchers

  • Jewellery bought at Exhibitions


2. Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned unused and undamaged, with all original packaging and tags intact.

  • In the event of a claim involving missing or damaged items upon delivery, the customer is required to provide an unboxing video clearly showing the package in its sealed condition prior to opening. Failure to provide such documentation may result in the claim being rejected. Claims of this nature must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or exchange request, please write to us at contact@orielle.co.in with your Order ID and the reason for your request. Our team will guide you through the process, including any documentation required and pickup or shipping arrangements.


4. Refund Process

  • Refunds shall be processed within 10–15 working days from the date of successful pickup and inspection of the returned item(s).

  • Refunds are issued exclusively in the form of store credits. No cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method shall be made. By initiating a return, the customer expressly agrees to receive the refund amount as store credit to their Orielle account.

  • Store credits shall be credited to the customer's account and may be applied toward any future purchase on the Orielle platform.

  • Store credits must be utilised within 365 days from the date of credit. Any store credit remaining unutilised after the expiry of this period shall lapse automatically, without liability to Orielle.

  • Store credits are non-transferable, non-encashable, and cannot be extended beyond their expiry date under any circumstances.


5. Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 15 days of the date of delivery in the following cases:

  • Receipt of a damaged or defective item

  • Receipt of an incorrect item

  • Size or variant discrepancy

Exchanges shall be fulfilled with the same item wherever possible. In the event that the same item is unavailable, Orielle will offer the closest available variant or, at its discretion, issue store credit equivalent to the value of the item.


6. Shipping & Pickup Charges

Returns and exchanges within major serviceable PINs are charged at ₹70.


7. Documentation Requirements

  • Customers must include a copy of their invoice or order confirmation with all return and exchange submissions.

  • For select collections, any applicable authenticity or certification documents must be included at the time of submission. Returns or exchanges submitted without requisite documentation may be delayed or rejected.


8. General Terms

  • Orielle reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. The policy applicable at the time of purchase shall govern any return or exchange request arising from that order.

  • This policy constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and Orielle with respect to returns and exchanges and supersedes any prior representations, whether verbal or written.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, India.
